Chemura Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Chemura, a compliance recordkeeping app for the Jobber App Marketplace. By installing or using Chemura, you agree to these Terms.
What Chemura Is
Chemura helps you record chemical and pesticide application data (EPA registration numbers, application rates, target pests, applicator license info, weather conditions) against jobs in your Jobber account. Chemura is a recordkeeping tool. It does not file reports with any state or federal agency on your behalf, and it does not guarantee compliance with any law or regulation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for meeting your own regulatory obligations.
Eligibility
Chemura requires an active Jobber account on the Connect, Grow, or Plus plan. Chemura is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Jobber.
Pricing and Billing
Chemura is billed at $12 per user per month, with no seat minimum. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card required. Billing mechanics, payment processor, invoicing, and cancellation terms are not yet built. Specific cancellation and refund language will be published once that is finalized.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Chemura to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Disclaimer
Chemura is provided "as is." We do not warrant that Chemura will be error-free or uninterrupted. Chemura is a recordkeeping aid, not legal or regulatory advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chemura and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages resulting from regulatory penalties, arising from your use of Chemura.
Termination
You may stop using Chemura at any time by uninstalling it from your Jobber account. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
