Chemura Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Chemura ("Chemura," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices, when you use chemura.app or the Chemura app connected to your Jobber account.

Information We Collect

When you install Chemura from the Jobber App Marketplace, you authorize Chemura to access the following data from your Jobber account, limited to what's needed to provide compliance tracking:

• Clients
• Jobs and scheduled items
• Users (your team members using Jobber)
• Custom Field Configurations (the compliance fields Chemura creates and reads)

We do not request access to Requests, Quotes, Invoices, Jobber Payments, Tax Rates, Expenses, Timesheets, Vehicles and Equipment, or Marketing data.

How We Use Information

We use the data above solely to:

• Create and maintain the compliance custom fields in your Jobber account
• Display and sync compliance data (EPA registration numbers, application rates, target pests, applicator license info, weather conditions) against your jobs
• Provide customer support when you contact us

We do not sell your data. We do not use your Jobber data for advertising.

Data Storage and Retention

Your Choices

You can revoke Chemura's access to your Jobber account at any time from your Jobber account's connected apps settings. Uninstalling removes Chemura's ability to read or write new data; it does not delete custom field data already written to your Jobber account, since that data belongs to your Jobber account.
